I thought that it was a realtime 3d effects and not inside an authoring tool, But your tutorial is really great and i loved it! keep it on man

Gimp works well on Vista, but I had to disable aero, camtasia kept giving artifacts while on and running gimp.
As for my system:
Althon 64 LE 2.2Ghz
2GB RAM
Nvidia 6150 Builtin Chipset.

GIMP is a great software
Good demonstration of Gimp on Windows. What machine are you running it on, you have GIMP running, with Vista and Camtasia and seems to be performing really well.
