The $3.95 is for 24month or 36month plans. You also have the option of choosing a 3mo, 6mo, or 12 month plan.

It really looks promising. The price is competitive and the subscription is really easy. I will try them because I pay a lot more for my hosting and the subscription was really a challenge.
